RESIGNATION OF COUNCILMEMBER
FREY
Councilmember Frey submitted a letter announcing his resignation from
the City Council effective July 19, 2005.
The remaining term of the office is approximately 3 years and 3 months
with the term expiring in November 2008.
M/S/C Stevens, Brown to accept Councilmember Frey’s resignation
effective July 19, 2005.

Councilmember Frey’s term of office.

Price, City Manager, stated that the vacancy would be advertised in the Red
Bluff Daily News with an application deadline of August 11th at 5:00
p.m. This will allow the City
Council to appoint from applications received at their meeting of August 16,
2005 which is within the 30 day period allowed by law.
At 12:09 P.M. Mayor
Houghton adjourned the meeting to August 2, 2005 at 7:00 P.M., in the Red Bluff
City Council Chambers.
