The City Council met in a Closed Executive Session and gave direction to the City Attorney.

ADJOURNMENT

At 8:10 P.M. Mayor Houghton adjourned the meeting to July 18, 2006 at 7:00 P.M., in the Red Bluff City Council Chambers.
