Mayor Pro Tem Flynn called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
None
Mayor Pro Tem Flynn adjourned to Closed Executive Session at 6:02 p.m. where the City Council met with labor negotiators Nickolaus and Haeg, Susan Price, City Manager, and Tessa Pritchard, Human Resources Director regarding the salaries, salary schedules, or compensation paid in the form of fringe benefits with the Miscellaneous Unit and the Management and Mid-Management Unit.
Mayor Pro Tem Flynn closed the Executive Session at 7:00 p.m. and gave direction to the City's Labor Negotiators.
